Terms and Conditions
easy-forex “2014 Partners Competition” (the Competition) is open to both online and offline affiliates of Forex Affiliate Program. The Competition starts on May 1st2014 and it ends by April 30th, 2015.
Prizes details and qualification requirements:
- 2014 Partners Competition : “Premier League 1”
The winners of the Premier League 1 will be decided on the performance of Approved NAUs* during the competition period.
- To be the “Premier League 1” first winner, the partner has to be the first one to bring 200 approved NAUs; the winner will get a luxurious pen set, worth approximately 1,000 USD (ARP);
- To be the “Premier League 1” second winner, the partner has to be the first one to bring 500 approved NAUs; the winner will get a Luxury trip to Australia for two with flight and hotel accommodation for five nights with a budget; the package will amount up to 5,000 USD
- To be the “Premier League 1” third winner, the partner has to be the first one to bring 1000 approved NAUs; the winner will get a Harley-Davidson® worth approximately 10,000 USD (ARP).
- 2014 Partners Competition “Premier League 2”
The winners of Premier League 2 will be decided on the performance of Accumulated Turnover***.
- To be the Premier League 2 first winner: the partner has to be the first one to bring 2Billion USD Accumulated Turnover; the winner will get a luxurious pen set worth app 1,000 USD (ARP);
- To be the Premier League 2 second winner, the partner has to be the first one to bring 5Billion USD Accumulated Turnover; the winner will get a Luxury trip to Greece for two with flight and hotel accommodations 5 nights with a budget, all amount up to 5,000USD
- To be the Premier League 2 third winner, the partner has to be the first one to bring 10Billion USD Accumulated Turnover; the winner will get a BMW motorbike, worth app. 10,000 USD (ARP).
- 2014 Partners Competition : ”Champions League”
To be the Champions League winner, the partner has to be the first one to reach two of three below targets. The winner will win a luxury BMW car at the value of approximately 100,000 USD (ARP). The prize is not transferable to cash.
- 2000 Approved NAUs;
- 2Million USD new deposit;
- 20Billion USD accumulated turnover
Definitions:
*Approved NAU: an approved NAU must generate 50 USD above trading revenue; and it will not be count as an A NAU if an active client opens another account. Duplicate accounts of existing active clients will be disqualified.
** Definition of New Deposit: accumulated deposit of all clients of the IB or affiliate. If there was withdrawal in the account, the system will start counting new deposit after a deposit of the previous withdrawal amounts are covered already
*** Definition of accumulated turnover: the accumulated turnover will count both open and close position. Turnover is the USD equivalent of each deal. For example 1 round turn lot of EURUSD at 1.3650 is equivalent to 273,000 Turnover (136,500 at open and 136,500 at close)
General Terms:
The winner(s) will be informed at beginning of the following month, once they reach their targets. You may participate in any Tier.
You can monitor your performance by visiting our website which will be updated weekly or you can contact an Affiliate Manager for your personal competition statistics. No personal data will be released apart from your user name that will appear on our website.
The winners will be contacted by Us within 3 days from the announcement of the results. If a winner cannot be contacted, the prize will be awarded to the runner up contestant.
Prizes:
Cars/Motorbikes/ luxurious writing instruments:
The prizes are non-refundable, non-transferable. The prizes are subject to availability. If for any reason, a specific prize is not available, easy-forex will grant you with a prize of the same or similar value and nature. Delivery to the address of the winner(s) is their responsibility. Extra costs, including but not limited to, fuel, insurance, import costs and charges, shipping costs, and any additional taxes / charges related to the prize, shall be solely the responsibility of the winner. Prizes will have their manufacturers’ warranty. We do not bear liability as to their functionality.
Luxury Trip to Australia/ Greek Islands:
The package includes a set of 2 return flight tickets and shared room hotel accommodation, of our choice. Extra costs, including but not limited to, travel documents (visas/passports), transportation to and from the airport, travel insurance, life insurance, food and beverages other than those included in the prize, car rental etc, shall be solely the responsibility of the winner(s). We are not responsible to make any travel arrangements. WE are not responsible for acts/ omissions beyond its control, such as flights cancellation or accommodation, accommodation and flight availability or acts of force majeure, policies of the air carrier, the accommodation provide etc.
Publicity:
We may use the details of the winner(s), a personal statement and a picture in some of its promotions without additional compensation. We may also need to provide the details of the winner (and guest, where applicable) to third party providers / sponsors of the prizes.
Employees, agents, affiliates (via their personal accounts), successors, and any third party involved in this Promotion, as well as family and household members of same, shall be ineligible to participate. We reserve the right to refuse access to its services, to suspend or to terminate a trading account at any time, if there is an abuse/ breach of the terms, or there are reasonable grounds that a participant is acting in bad faith. We may withdraw or amend this promotion at any time.
If you do not agree with the present terms, please do not proceed with participating in this Promotion with us.
